なんと言っても宿泊料金の安さ！宿泊スペースは風通しが良く清潔。ぐっすり心地よく眠れました！
あとはあけぼのアートコミュニティが近い事です。
車で札幌に行くと駐車場に困るんですが、近くに最大料金が設けられた駐車場もあります。
特に思いつきません！

お部屋に荷物が置ける棚があり、部屋外に貴重品ロッカーも完備されていた。 あと、コーヒーは豆が置いてあり、挽いて飲めるのや紅茶や水など全て無料で飲めるところが良かったです。シャワー室の設備も良かったです。
シャワー室の外に髪の毛が落ちてあり、ゴミ箱が用意されているとよいと思いました。階段の高さが時々違っており、その高さの違いに結構つまずきかけていました。（1段が高め）段差が結構多めなので注意が必要

駅からは少し遠いが場所は悪くないように感じた。
荷物を預けるロッカーなどはなく、ベットは一部屋にたくさんある状態なので、貴重品の管理にかなり気を遣った。シャワーがあまり気軽に使えない。
