Cape Crossing Resort is located on Merritt Island, between the Indian River and the Banana River and on the Canaveral Barge Canal water bridge, offering direct access to both rivers, intra-coastal waterway, Port Canaveral, the Atlantic Ocean, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and direct access to the Orlando International Airport. Plenty of parking on property, with Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area.

The property looks exactly like it is listed in the photos. Our rooms overlooked the waterfront and we watched the sunset and sailboats coming in and out. It was relaxing! We were only there for a night but would definitely stay again. Directions and communication were excellent too!

During my stay I attempted to access the pool at 0800 on Sunday. The gate was locked but the clubhouse was open. I entered the pool area throughly the clubhouse. Upon arriving I attempted to turn the spa on and this did not work. I then went back to the clubhouse only to find the sorta are all LOCKED! Well with no one available to assist me I was locking in the pool area. I called the reservation number and finally got someone to answer. After going back and forth with security and texting and calling no one was coming. So after 1 hour of being locked into the pool area with no help I had to climb over the wall to get out. Well after returning around 1000 the pool area was still locked and the clubhouse was open but the doors out were still locked. This was and is unacceptable and I am requesting a refund for this issue as the pool area was not open until 1100 and I had to climb over a wall risking injury as I had to be somewhere and could not wait. The customer service rep on the phone texted me that this has happened before and can provide the text if needed.
