The unit is very clean and comfortable, with modern furniture. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, along with a full-sized coffee maker and two coffee servings of tasty Columbian coffee, (though we were surprised there was no salt and pepper).The condo also has a washer and dryer which is a nice extra.The property grounds are well maintained and the pool/hot tub area was fun. However, on the gate into the pool area there was a sign saying our unit was not allowed to use the facilities because the owner had not paid the required fees. We used the pool anyway and no one questioned us, but if that is something you’re interested in using, you may want to clarify with the owner ahead of time.But here's a big deal-breaker for us: The window treatment in the master bedroom is white and practically sheer, so when the sun comes up it lights up the entire room. With the white walls, the room feels like a solarium. Unless you bring a sleep mask, you undoubtedly will be up early, which is generally NOT what people on trips want. Also keep in mind you have to be out of the unit at 10am on your last day. Management charges 20/hour if you want to stay later than that.Overall, we really liked the unit, but not getting up at the crack of dawn. If you’re an early-riser, you’ll probably love this place. If you like to sleep in, bring a blindfold.

We had an amazing time. The unit was extremely well laid out with absolutely anything you needed to feel at home!!!
