Everything, including shops, theaters, Rakusan Park and trails, and a subway station, is walking distance and very close. I highly recommend thos place as it is cozy, clean, private and warm. It is 4 star for me since the bath room is very tiny and doesn't have a bath tub. Other than that amenities are excellent with a big screen TV, 2 bottles of water and clean towels provided every day, free Wi-FI, charging cables, a hairdryer, toothbrush, and toothpastes!

Interesting. Auto check in/out, very basic but comfortable and many dos& don’ts - no problem with it. Make perfect sense. Total privacy. The person-in-charge/owner is super friendly and helpful if you do see him. Located in the middle of the heartland. Lots of food and shops all around in vibrant back alleys which come to live every night. Perfect for solo travellers. Rooftop is great but too cold for me to enjoy it.

The motel is conveniently located near the metro station, and restaurants. However, there's no elevator and is self-serve to check-in and check-out. I didn't see anybody in the front desk. The room and the bathroom is the smallest one that I
have ever been . The hand shower is locatedin that tiny bathroom. So when you shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. If you don't mind it, then it is fine The bed mattress was super hard I ended up having back pain after the first night, that I had to checkout and go to another hotel. No refund, so I lost the rest of the nights booked

The accommodation was located in the middle of bars and I did not feel safe walking past the bars to get into the building as a solo traveler.
Also, the staff was not always physically present at the accommodation which made it hard to communicate. The manager was not so friendly and rather rude to the customer. For instance, he declined the request of receipt for checking out and storing the luggage for a couple of hours after checking out.
The rooms were so close to one another that I could basically hear every noise and sound from the other rooms.
The room I stayed did not have any window either which felt somewhat like a jail.
However, the cleanliness standard was good and the place provided basic amenities like towels, tooth brushes, hair dryer, etc.
Though I would not invest my money on this business.
