About this house rental
Come enjoy our house in the woods. Minutes to the river, hiking & biking right out the front door. Great home close to all Sunriver & Bend has to offer.
Mt Bachelor resort is 18 minutes away! Avoid the downtown Bend traffic & enjoy more time on the hill - ski, snowboard, or hit the bike trails.
Plenty of bikes in the garage for people of all ages to enjoy the endless nearby trails & a few sleds!
Fully fenced backyard for your dogs! No cats, please

The space
We have been renovating the house since we purchased it in 2020! Our newest project has been a new huge deck!
Primary bedroom & bath - large king-size bed, room darkening curtains, beautiful oversized chandelier giving the space a moody vibe. The attached primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The primary bedroom has a desk, and desk chair including a laptop stand. Portable air conditioner in summer months (May-Sept).
Secondary bedroom - New queen memory foam mattress, room darkening curtains, closet space, drawer storage in both nightstands and includes a small 3-drawer dresser. Fan stored in the closet.
Bunk room - One set of bunk beds and a day bed with a trundle bed. The pack-n-play and baby gate are stored in the closet of this room. We have some kids' books and toys also in this room stored in the cubbies below the TV. Room darkening curtains. This room is on our renovation schedule for 2023!
Bathroom - Our moody yet bright main bathroom has a tub and shower combo. We provide a hair dryer with a diffuser attachment, hair straightener, and curling iron in the bathroom vanity. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, and hand towels for your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (travel size) are provided for your stay. If you are staying longer than a few days please plan accordingly.
Backyard - Enjoy your time on our brand new deck (completed Oct 2022), brand new hot tub (March 2024) on our comfy outdoor furniture. Grass backyard for yard games and relaxing and firepit to enjoy in the nonfire season months! The backyard is fully fenced for your kiddos and dogs to enjoy. There is privacy along the back and side fence where the hot tub is located.
Guest access
Guests have dedicated parking at our home on the private driveway and in front of the home on the street. Which is necessary for games of horse and family basketball on our hoop in the driveway.
Other things to note
No Smoking.
No Cats.
House is located in DRRW, 3 miles from Sunriver Village, not in Sunriver proper.

Lovely stay. We enjoyed the home, which was spacious, clean and well appointed. We especially loved the big, fenced backyard with a deck and comfortable outdoor furniture. Our dog absolutely loved rolling in the grass, and sunning herself in the yard. Nice private hot tub area. We’d book again. Thanks for having us!

This house is well stocked with everything you need. The back yard is absolutely beautiful. Lots of grass and big trees that you can check out from the back deck. Perfect house and yard for your family dog too. The hot tub is amazing and very clean, which is rare for a short term rental. Had a great weekend with our family!

So glad we took a chance on staying outside of Bend for our weekend getaway! Easy access to Sunriver and we had a nice morning hike with the doggos there followed by some shopping. No trouble getting to 97 and just a short drive to Bend…but staying here is quiet and you can avoid all the traffic and more time relaxing! Plenty of outdoor seating areas and the fully fenced yard is HUGE! We enjoyed the immaculate hot tub and the string lights are a great touch in the evening for a fun vibe. Didn’t get to use the fire pit due to burn bans in effect but lots of chairs and even some kiddo ones as well! It’s so great to have a place that our dogs enjoy and they loved running around the back yard and laying out on the deck in the sun. It was just my husband and our two Goldens but this home has just the right layout with the primary suite on the opposite side of the home away from the other two bedrooms and hall bath so we would not hesitate to come back & invite friends or family to join! Owner is very responsive and our entire booking & check in process was a breeze! We are already looking at the calendar for when we can stay again! Thanks!
