Close to many of the well known fishing lakes, streams and rivers. Close to shops for supplies and resturants. Lots of wild life to watch and nice trails to walk. Lacking a number of necessities we had buy like clothes hangers, bowles, wine glasses, small spoons, a baking pan and such. Not a big expense but not what guests want to do upon arriving.
The back yard is 100% fenced but all weeds, dried grass and lots of dirt! Our dog had to be brushed down every time she went out.

The location was very quiet. 👍 The owners allowed us to store our trailer at the property.👍 The stove top and oven were dirty from previous users to include a dirty pan in the oven. We cleaned the pan, oven, and stovetop. 👎 The bathroom and bedrooms were very clean and the bathrooms were supplied with soap, conditioner, and shampoo. There were plenty of nice clean, white fluffy towels. 👍 The shower curtain in the master bath is dirty at the bottom.👎Suggestions> 1. There is a very strange smell in the garage that needs to be explored. 2. All of the kitchen cupboards need to be wiped down and cleaned. 😀
