Private country setting on Lake Murray. Large grounds for grilling out and yard games. Ample parking for boats and guests. Large, new deck out back for enjoying outdoor time while overlooking Lake Murray. Jump on your boat from your private dock, straight onto the big water! Inside is 3 spacious bedrooms and plenty of open space for entertaining. Away from it all, but an easy drive to stores and entertainment.

The view fromThe sunroom was great- the house had plenty of room to spread out - very clean- prompt responses from host- the kitchen was large but very dim- I would suggest some better lighting -the dock was in good condition and we enjoyed our stay

Comfortable, well-stocked house on a quieter part of the lake. We liked that the bedrooms were spread out to give everyone their own space. The view off the deck was wonderful. The host was easy to work with. We would definitely rent this house again.

Ac in bedroom don’t work, never got it fixed my son and daughter left because it was too hot to sleep in there and my son has cp machine and it was too uncomfortable. No iron they didn’t say they had one but they had ironing board let down, stayed no one ever ask for one. Well I did we always use one. Last customer was right no lights outside just flash like taking pictures. So if u come back when it’s dark u can’t see anything and that flashing makes it worst. Also no view from living room just sunroom which is extremely hot cannot sit out there, ac need to be fixed in the sunroom. It also is not open floor plan u will be by yourself in kitchen it off from everybody. Living room very dark. Deck has umbrella but again when sun comes out it don’t help so u are stuck in the house until sun goes down. Kayaks are great and views. Cannot swim in water it is very dirty no one was swimming not even other home owners. No good fishing, neighbors said they call it Dead Sea because of no fish but lots of turtles. I think they should add a bathroom on other side get rid of formal dining room m. U come to see lake not huge garage because there is no view in front just large garage.
