About this apartment rental
This apartment is located on the top floor (1st floor) and features a large living area with a cozy sitting area, dining area, and built-in kitchen; a bedroom with a double bed; a shower/toilet; and an approximately 30-square-meter south-east-facing terrace (above the double garage).
Our house is located a short distance from the village and, with its four comfortably furnished vacation apartments and a garden spanning nearly 3,000 square meters, the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation on Rügen.
Each apartment has its own terrace. Each apartment is also equipped with two lounge chairs for sunbathing.
The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, a four-burner electric stove with an oven, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and much more.
The floor tiles in the apartments keep the space pleasantly cool in the summer and, combined with the underfloor heating, provide cozy and even warmth in the winter.
Pets (up to two dogs) are welcome for an additional fee (2.00 EUR per dog per night).
Please note:
• Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire property.
• Please make sure that dogs do not relieve themselves on the vacation grounds.
• Dogs are not allowed on the sofas or in the beds.
Please note that we do not rent to construction workers.
Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
