Geräumige und funktional ausgestattete Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen. Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahebei. Gute Ausgangslage zum Erkunden der Insel. Kleine Terrasse vorhanden.
Mobiliar teils sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen (jedoch funktionstüchtig).

Lage unmittelbar am Hafen, dennoch kein störender Lärm. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig erreichbar.
Küche spartanisch ausgestattet. Bett ungemütlich hart. Zudem nachts Rauschen zu hören, obwohl Heizung zugedreht war. Zitterspinnen in der Wohnung und Spinnweben. Bad renovierungsbedürftig: Dusche schließt schwer, Fugen teils unsauber, Wasserhahn schwergängig. Nach längerer Nichtnutzung nur warmes, kein kaltes Wasser.
