Quietly nestled in the serene surroundings of central Slovenia this luxurious apartment provides a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the ideal choice for a romantic getaway or a peaceful holiday with family or friends.
Surrounded by picturesque landscapes the apartment is arranged over two floors and offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic charm. Situated on the first floor of a restored cottage with a cosy bedroom in the eaves the property features an open-plan living room, furnished with two single sofa beds, a flat-screen HDTV and a kitchenette that provides everything needed to prepare simple meals including; a gas cooker hob, an oven, a fridge, freezer and a kettle.
Outside, there is a private roof terrace where guests can soak up the sunshine, cook meals on the BBQ, relax in the jacuzzi or dine al fresco. There’s also an additional shared garden.

The property is situated in Gabrje pri Stični a small village located in central Slovenia a 5-minute walk from the Stična Monastery. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, visitors can take scenic hikes or bike rides through the hills and explore nearby nature reserves such as the Stična Marshes (Stiška močvirja).
Another popular excursion is a day trip to Slovenia’s capital city Ljubljana (a 30-minute drive) where visitors can explore the historic Old Town and visit cultural attractions such as Ljubljana Castle and the Triple Bridge. Alternatively, guests can embark on a wine-tasting tour along the Dolenjska Wine Road, (a 45-minute drive) which winds through the rolling hills and vineyards of the region.
The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive from the accommodation and the closest restaurant a 2-minute drive / 20-minute walk away
The closest international airport is Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (LJU) approximately a 40-minute drive away from the accommodation.
