Parking space available for use, easy check-in by door code, cosy small room with a nice shower. Had a water heater so we could make coffee in the morning. Air conditioning available for cold and warm. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to the city centre and the BTC City Shopping Centre.

The only thing that bothered us was the sound from the ventilation thingy that's in the bathroom because we did not know how to turn it off, if it can even be turned off. However, it is not that big of an issue.

Good location,very kind hosts

The bathroom had a disturbing smell.

The apartment was very warm and cozy, and the host was responsive. The cleanliness was at an enviable level. The location is a bit far from the center, which could be an advantage in terms of parking or a nicer ambiance. The design of the apartment is lovely. I recommend this place.

There are a few minor things missing. The lighting is a bit dim; it would be good to have lamps placed next to the bed. The kettle was not in use, and there is no toothbrush glass in the bathroom. Additionally, the pull-out sofa bed is uneven making it slightly uncomfortable for sleeping, thus the apartment is more practical for two people.

Free parking, easy access, generally OK cleanness.

The "house rules" says that you have to do the dishes after yourself. On arrival that resulted in 1 dirty dish and 2 dirty glasses when we arrived - probably the persons before us did not do a good job in doing the dishes. The "house rules" also says to separate the garbage. Yet you only have 1 trashcan, and 0 advice on how to separate. As a foreigner it is not obvious how to do that. The "house rules" also says to take out your garbage when checking out. Stating that if you do not do this there will be some kind of punishment/extra charge. That raises the question: why is there a cleaning fee included in the rental price.
