This property is an 800-hectare estate surrounded by unspoiled nature. A place of great charm, where woods and Mediterranean scrub alternate with olive groves, vineyards and fields planted with wheat and spelled.
The location is strategic, right in the heart of Tuscany, on the border between the provinces of Florence, Siena and Pisa, in an area inhabited at least since the Neolithic period. About twenty kilometers away are Volterra, rich in artistic and monumental testimonies ranging from the Etruscan period to the nineteenth century, San Gimignano, which with the profile of its towers stands on a hill dominating the Val d'Elsa and Certaldo, of Etruscan-Roman origins, the birthplace of the famous writer and poet Giovanni Boccaccio (1313-1375).





This lovely house comfortably accommodates up to six people. Its large living room offers a fully equipped open kitchen whose typical Tuscan style is emphasized by a large fireplace. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms with single beds, one of which with en suite bathroom. The two bathrooms, one with tub / shower and the other with shower, have a sink, toilet, and bidet. The size of the apartment, already generous in its 120 square meters, is extended to the outside by a private terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue.

This Resort offers an 800-hectare estate where it is possible to go hiking and walking immersed in nature.
Each apartment has a private garden with an area equipped for dining out and the 3 apartments together share the swimming pool. The 2 farmhouses, on the other hand, are two independent villas each with a large private garden equipped with relaxation areas, garden furniture and dining area, and an exclusive swimming pool.
Tuscany is made up of all the best that Italy has to offer: a millenary history, a rich culture, artisan traditions handed down for generations and, last but not least, food and wine, famous all over the world.
The best time to visit Tuscany is from April to June and from September to October, when the weather is usually optimal.
Join the only tour that takes you to the Cinque Terre with a day trip from Florence, including a boat ride. Take a Tuscan cooking class, market tour and lunch from Florence. Or join a half-day Chianti wine tour from Florence.
