The apartments are located near the gardens of the Manor Villa, overlooking the ancient stables. Windows in the bedrooms and bathrooms are fitted with mosquito nets. Guests have free access to a laundry room and a beautiful shared swimming pool overlooking Volterra (6 meters x 12).

The Lavanda holiday apartment, which has a total area of 110 square meters, comfortably accommodates up to six people. The comfortable living room leads to a large dining room with a bright equipped kitchen, exposed beams and a large fireplace. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms with twin beds, one of which has an en suite bathroom. The two bathrooms have a sink, toilet and bidet; one has a tub/shower and the other a shower. At the exclusive disposal of guests is a pleasant terraced outdoor area with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue.
The following might be to be paid extra: Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
