It is located in an exposed high shore location and offers the optimal mix of beach holiday, activity and relaxation with its quiet location. Here you can gather new strength. The apartment is stylishly and harmoniously furnished. From the balcony on the first floor you can look directly at the forest promenade and hear the sea. The fine gently sloping kilometre-long sandy beach can be reached in a few minutes and, if necessary, easily via an elevator.
Villa Pauline Apt. 01 with balcony:
The comfortable, harmoniously furnished 2-room apartment impresses with its well thought-out room layout. On approx. 50 m², this non-smoking apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. It is equipped for 2 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years in a travel cot. The high-quality fitted kitchen is located in the combined kitchen/dining/living area including dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender and various kitchen utensils. The bright dining/living area is characterized by exclusively floor-to-ceiling glass elements, which allow a sweeping view of the high shore plateau. You don't have to do without a flat-screen LED TV in the living room and bedroom and also an Internet connection (WLAN) during your holiday. A Blu-Ray player rounds off the living area in the technical area. The seated balcony, facing the Baltic Sea, is accessible via the living room and bedroom. For a restful sleep, a comfortable double bed with 4-speed Bonnell spring mattresses (1.80m x 2.00m), a wardrobe, bedside shelves, alarm clock and a blackout option await you in the bedroom. Insect screens round off the rooms. In the bathroom, a ground-level, comfortable rain shower with real glass partition, a hairdryer, a make-up mirror, a washbasin with a base cabinet and a free-standing bathtub contribute to your relaxation. An apartment's own sauna and a washing machine with dryer round off the high-quality comfort. In all rooms you can expect high-quality tiles with underfloor heating. A separate and apartment-owned storage room, in which, among other things, ironing and cleaning utensils have their place, is located in the hallway of the house. The garden behind the house is designed as an ornamental garden. In the lockable annex you can safely store your bicycles. The car can be parked on the free parking space (No. 01) directly in front of the house. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 small towels) can be booked up to 14 days before arrival for an extra charge or supplemented with your own.
