The historic Villa Minna, featuring Apartment No. 06 (approx. 64 square meters), is located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort town of Göhren and was built in the seaside resort architectural style of the turn of the century. This non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the first floor and features a spacious balcony overlooking the shopping street of the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren. From here, you can plan your vacation perfectly. The town center, shopping areas, and the fine sandy beach are all in the immediate vicinity.
Villa Minna Apt. 06 with balcony:
Non-smoking vacation apartment No. 6 is located on the first floor of the historic Villa Minna in the center of Göhren, which was built in the seaside resort architectural style of around 1900. Thanks to its high ceilings and well-designed layout, the approximately 64 square meters of space feels bright and spacious. It thus offers ample room for up to 2 to 3 people. In the entryway, there is a lighted built-in closet for your outerwear. From here, you enter the living area, which features several comfortable seating options. The couch converts into a pull-out bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) for the third person. A reading lamp, a smart TV, Wi-Fi access, and a desk with a small guest library provide entertainment. From the living area, you enter a cozy dining room furnished with a sideboard, a dining area, and an ottoman. Adjacent to this is the separate kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a Senseo pod machine, a microwave, and all standard kitchen utensils. The 15 m² covered balcony (facing north), furnished with chairs and featuring side wind and privacy screens, is accessible from both the living area and the dining room—and invites you to linger outdoors even when the weather is less than ideal. If the weather is good—which we hope it always will be—you can have breakfast here or simply enjoy the hustle and bustle of the town. The bedroom, which is accessed from the entryway, is located at the back of the house. A double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables with lighting, a large closet with a safe, insect screens, and blackout curtains complete the room. The bathroom, which features natural light, is located next to the bedroom and includes a walk-in shower, a sink, a cosmetic mirror, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer. A guest restroom with a sink is located in the entryway. You can store any bicycles you’ve rented or brought with you in the building’s basement. You can also use a washing machine and dryer there for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Your parking space (No. 06) is located behind the building. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 to 10:00.
