The apartment (non-smoking) No. 5, approx. 67.6 m², is located on the upper floor of a 6-family house on a 4,500 m² plot in a secluded location without public and car traffic. The apartment is south-facing and has a bathroom, a darkenable bedroom with double bed (size 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and insect screen, an approx. 35 m² living and dining area with sofa bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an approx. 6 m² balcony. The mattress of the double bed has hardness levels 2 and 3. The pull-out sofa bed has a high-quality cold foam mattress. From here there is a magnificent panoramic view over the Baltic Sea directly in front of the house. The only sounds are the wind and the sound of the sea. The apartment can be occupied by up to 2 adults + 2 children up to 15 years. It meets the highest standards in its furnishings. Exquisite building materials and furnishings convey a feeling of enjoyment of luxury. Just as an example, the bathroom is equipped with granite washbasin, hair dryer, underfloor heating and towel radiator. In the hallway and the living/sleeping area, high-quality Italian lake stone tiles have been laid. The modern kitchen includes an oven with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The kitchen equipment includes small electrical appliances, toaster, coffee machine, water and egg boiler as well as hand mixer. The dining area is furnished with a solid table made of oiled wild oak and leather swinging chairs in the color mocha. Flat screen TV, Internet connection, Wi-Fi and mini stereo system with USB are available. An original Finnish sauna with modern shower and loungers is available to all guests for a fee. The balcony is equipped with comfortable furniture for enjoying the sun, the nearby sea and a cozy get-together. The parking spaces and a covered bicycle shelter are available free of charge. An approx. 3,000 m² lawn, located next to the house and on the Baltic Sea coast, is available for leisure activities with barbecue area. For our little guests, 1x children's travel bed (without additional mattress, without bed linlet) and 1 high chair are included. Pets are not allowed. You can book the initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 small towels, 2 dish towels) up to 14 days before arrival for an extra charge or supplement it with your own.

The name Zollhaus has been used for this location since 1850. This place with a wide view over the Baltic Sea was used by customs officers for the control and customs collection of shipping traffic passing to Stralsund and Greifswald. With this dream location and exclusive furnishings of the apartments, the customs house meets the high demands of holiday guests. 7 apartments with a size of 35 to 97 sqm are available to holiday guests in two adjoining holiday homes, only about 20 m from the Baltic Sea. Most of these apartments are equipped with spacious balconies and terraces. In the vicinity, between Thiessow and Lobbe, there is an approximately 5 km long, fine sandy beach, one of the most beautiful monk estates. On the coast of Klein Zicker, not far from the customs house, a natural beach allows children to play undisturbed on the shallow water. Dog lovers have the opportunity to give their 4-legged darling exercise on the Klein Zickers coast. Passionate anglers chase garfish, herring and flatfish. The most attractive surfing area on Rügen is located off the coast of Klein Zicker. A surf instructor and everything that makes kiting and surfing a great experience is available.
