The 4-star MEERwellen vacation apartment features 2 separate bedrooms and is located on the 1st floor of the Inselwind apartment building. The apartment, which features underfloor heating, is bright and inviting, furnished with modern, high-quality Scandinavian-style furniture, and offers plenty of space for 4 people across its 67 m².
You can relax wonderfully on the comfortable couch in the living area and enjoy the large smart TV, DAB+/FM radio, and free Wi-Fi. The high-quality, open-concept kitchen-living area with a dining area, a stove with four ceramic burners, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a kettle offers everything you need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner together. The two separate bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. In the hallway, you’ll find another closet with plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. The bathroom, which is flooded with natural light, features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, a cabinet, a hair dryer, and a large lighted mirror. In addition, the vacation rental offers an extra guest restroom. A washing machine is available in the MEERwellen vacation rental. The skylights are fitted with insect screens and blackout blinds. You also have the option of using the two communal barbecue areas in the courtyard for social evenings.
A parking space is available for your car in the on-site parking lot.
As guests at this vacation rental, you and your traveling companions have free admission (up to 3 hours daily) to the AHOI! water park with its large sauna area in the neighboring town of Sellin for the duration of your entire stay.

The Inselwind apartment building in Groß Zicker offers 22 state-of-the-art vacation apartments, each with a unique layout and design. The apartment building was completely renovated and reopened in 2020.
From the spacious vacation apartments on the upper and top floors, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Zicker Mountains and the Baltic Sea (Greifswald Bodden). The peaceful location on the Mönchgut peninsula is just the right place to recharge your batteries for everyday life.
The traditional farming and fishing village of Groß Zicker nestles against the picturesque Zicker Mountains on one side, while the vast Baltic Sea lies on the other. The beauty of the setting is reflected in the village’s idyllic layout. Many thatched-roof, traditional houses—lovingly restored—stand with their beautiful gardens on either side of the village street, which has retained its original character. A real eye-catcher is the historic parish widows’ house, a listed building, with its magnificent flower garden. Built around 1700, it is the oldest residential building on the island of Rügen. For over 100 years, it served as a residence for parish widows, and later as a school building. Today, it is a popular museum and is used for small art exhibitions. After all these years, it is still owned by the church.
The village’s location at the foot of the Zicker Mountains is attractive to residents and vacationers alike. On long hikes through the mountains, you can enjoy new, breathtaking views of the mountains, the Baltic Sea, and Rügen’s Mönchgut Peninsula at almost every turn.
The spacious beach is only about 2 kilometers from the Inselwind apartment building. The beach is easily accessible by bike or car (parking available). Sunbathers, water lovers, sandcastle builders, and shell collectors will all find plenty to enjoy here. The fine-sand beach stretches for nearly 6 kilometers, from Lobbe to Thiessow.
Since spring 2021, the Inselwind apartment building has been home to De Wienkist “Flammkuchen & MEER.” It offers a small selection of German wines, delicious homemade Flammkuchen, Mediterranean dishes to pair with wine, as well as sodas and beer. Hours of operation are daily from 12:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Here you can grab a bite to eat or wind down the day in a relaxed atmosphere. During the summer months, De Wienkist offers live music to its guests.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie ist hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung. Auch an Insektengitter an den Fenstern ist gedacht. Super ist auch das Weinrestaurant "DE Wienkist Flammkuchen & Meer" direkt im Haus. Am Samstag sogar mit Livemusik und Tanz. Ein guter Urlaubseinstieg.

Sehr schöne, helle und gepflegte Wohnung. Top ausgestattet, es fehlt an Nichts. Sehr ruhig gelegen in einem wundervollen Dorf mit vielen Reetdachhäusern. Flammkuchenrestaurant im Haus ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Genauso wie bei airbnb angegeben, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Schluessel war ohne Probleme zu erhalten, trotz spaeter Anreise. Die Wohnung war gross, gut und sauber eingerichtet, Kueche und Bad gut ausgestattet.

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Es war ausreichend Platz, die Einrichtung und Zimmer wirkten neu. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Alles in allem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne ruhige Lage.
Einziges Manko waren die Matratzen, die für uns zu weich waren.
