• Penthouse No. 34, “BERNSTEIN,” is located on the top floor of the “Käptn Brass” apartment building at Wiesenweg 7 in Dierhagen-Strand, which was renovated in 2014. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator.
• The “Käptn Brass” apartment complex is located directly behind the dike.
• The very well-maintained beach with fine white sand is only about 200 m from the house and is considered one of the most beautiful, unspoiled, and cleanest beaches in Europe.
• It offers relaxation in every season and is perfect not only for sunbathing and swimming, but also for sports, games, and walks.
• The nearby forest also offers ideal opportunities to experience nature. From September through early November, cranes migrate to the Bodden landscape for the winter and return in February/March.
• The center of Dierhagen and shopping areas are about 1 km away. Ribnitz-Damgarten, the “Amber City,” is only about 10 km away.
