The exclusive Ferienwohnung Meeresrauschen is located directly on the Mecklenburg coast in a charming landscape, surrounded by water, coastal forest, meadows, in the middle of the nature reserve Dierhäger Moor and near an idyllic recreational area, the Rostocker Heide. The long fine white sand beach is directly behind the dunes 100 m and is one of the most beautiful, natural and cleanest in Europe (Arte study from 2009) and offers in every season of relaxation.
He invites you not only to sunbathe and swim, but also to sports, play and go for a walk. In the nearby forest, you can experience the nature in an excellent way. From September to the beginning of November, the cranes fly here in the lagoon landscape to winter quarters and back in February / March. Guided hikes / rides, whether by bike, on foot or Nordic walking, are offered until October.
The Baltic Sea Dierhagen has retained its charm with some old thatched houses, with its small harbor and the typical Zeesenbooten. It lies harmoniously between Baltic Sea and Saaler soil.

On the other side of the beach invites you to linger with and without a beach chair. For the little ones there are playgrounds, a great children's program and a forest stage. The nearby Ostseehotel has a sauna, a steam bath and a small indoor pool. The cultural offer ranges from small galleries, a beach hall in Ahrenshoop on a barn in art barn and the German Amber Museum in Ribnitz- Damgarten to the Kunsthalle and museums in Rostock.
