In a beautiful location in a thatched-roof house at Diplomatenweg 1, 17459 Loddin, we offer a 2-room vacation apartment for 2 to 4 people. The vacation apartment is located in a beautiful new thatched-roof apartment building, nestled in a stunning landscape and surrounded by other charming thatched-roof houses near the Achterwasser.
In this building, we rent out vacation apartments 2, 4, and 9.
We ask for your help in conserving energy (heating, electricity, water) to protect the climate and conserve resources.
Vacation Apartment 2, Jürs, first floor, 2 rooms,:
This 2-room vacation apartment is modern, cozy, and lovingly furnished. The apartment has approximately 57 m² of living space in a very beautiful thatched-roof house.
The apartment is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people.
• Bedding and towels can be rented separately from the on-site service by prior arrangement.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
• Charging batteries (e.g., for electric bicycles) is permitted only under constant supervision and with someone present (risk of fire and explosion).
• One parking space is available on the property.
• Guests may use the Wi-Fi internet access free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service and therefore not a feature of the vacation rental guaranteed under travel law. Consequently, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system, parts thereof, or a router.
The 2-bedroom vacation rental is located on the first floor of a thatched-roof house and features a living room with a dining area and kitchenette, a children’s room, a bathroom, a hallway, and a terrace.
• The bright living room is furnished with a dining area, a sleeper sofa, and two armchairs. A flat-screen TV is provided.
• The sleeper sofa has a standard mattress and sleeps 2 people.
• The renovated (2026) bedroom is an interior room with skylights facing the dining area (no exterior windows). It features a new double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a dresser, and a smart TV. The floor is covered with oak-look vinyl.
• The modern kitchenette features a 2-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, a sink, a microwave with baking function, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and dishes.
• The white-tiled bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, and washing machine.
• In front of the living room is a covered terrace with patio furniture that faces east.
• A parking space is available on the property for this apartment,
• Pets are not allowed.

Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
