Our modern one-room apartment on the first floor of a historic city villa features a separate entryway (hallway) and a coat closet; it measures 39 square meters, with a ceiling height of 3.70 meters. and oak parquet flooring is located in a central, quiet area close to both the city and the beach.
The living/bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a cozy sitting area with a sofa, armchair, table, TV, and a spacious closet.
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with oven, dish towels, and a welcome drink leaves nothing to be desired.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a small storage room with a vacuum cleaner, handheld vacuum, and various cleaning supplies, as well as additional storage space.
There is a bathroom with a window, shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
Our guests receive bed linens and towels free of charge for stays of 5 nights or more. Otherwise, you have the option to rent linens.
All windows are equipped with insect screens, privacy blinds, and blackout curtains in the living room and bedroom.
The large garden, with spacious private areas, seating areas, and lounge chairs, invites you to linger and relax.
A storage area is available for bicycles you bring with you.
