Our beautiful two-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor, measures approximately 37 square meters, and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child up to 3 years old in a travel crib. It has been furnished in a modern and tasteful style and offers Wi-Fi internet access.
The living area features a couch, a table with armchairs, and a modern flat-screen TV. The kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped with an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. There is also a dining table with chairs here.
From the window, you have a direct view of the Seedorfer Beek and the harbor!
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a wardrobe. Upon request, a travel crib and a high chair can be provided here.
Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with linens, and fresh towels will be provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Guests staying in the vacation rental can use a terrace with a garden table, a beach chair, and seating furniture. A barbecue area can be shared with other guests at the vacation complex.

With a fascinating view of the idyllic sailing harbor, the hunting lodge, or the Having River, you can let your thoughts wander in complete relaxation...
The vacation apartments are located on the ground or upper floor of a vacation home; they are in a quiet setting and offer opportunities for sunbathing, barbecuing, sports, and games right on the property. There is a small fish pond on the property. It’s only about 3,000 meters to the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach with the pier on the Baltic Sea. There’s also a small swimming spot in Seedorf.
The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, along with its neighborhood Seedorf, is part of the UNESCO SoutheastRügen, which boasts magnificent, unspoiled nature. There are numerous biking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
The town center of the Baltic Sea resort is approximately 2,500 m away, and the small train station for the “Rasender Roland” is about 3,000 m away. In the center, a variety of shops, stores, 4 supermarkets, the AHOI water park with its sauna area, and many restaurants invite you to linger.
