We appreciate your interest in our family-friendly luxury vacation apartment 4.11.
Treat yourself to a little luxury and relaxation. In our apartment, you’ll find everything you need for a restful and relaxing vacation.
Bookings and reviews show us that we’ve gotten everything right with the two fully equipped shower rooms. There are very few apartments in Cuxhaven that offer this level of luxury.
The apartment is located near the beach and is furnished in a very stylish and modern way.
Our Apartment No. 11 has a living area of approximately 67 m², is located in Building 4 of the Hohe Lith Residence in Duhnen, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The recreational area (sauna, swimming pool) is also located in the same building and can be easily reached via the elevator. This way, you won’t have to worry about getting cold on your way back to the apartment from the pool.
From the spacious entryway, which offers plenty of storage space and a beautiful coat rack, you’ll enter the bright and inviting living area.
In the living/dining area, you’ll find
- a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, and tabletop grill.
- a cozy dining area with a large table and six chairs.
- A couch that converts into a sleeper sofa, with a small side table and a large TV area featuring a 55-inch OLED 4K TV, an Xbox One X with plenty of games, a DVD player, and some great books.
From the living/dining area, you can step out onto the southwest-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunshine from noon into the evening, perhaps while enjoying a good book and a glass of red wine.
The apartment is equipped with two full bathrooms. Both feature floor-to-ceiling showers, a toilet, and a hair dryer.
From the hallway, you can also access one of the two beautiful bedrooms.
The larger bedroom is furnished with a modern, large double bed, a 55-inch OLED TV, and a large closet. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a loft bed and a single bed, a large closet, and a flat-screen TV. Here you’ll also find numerous games for all ages, as well as some children’s books.
The apartment is equipped for children (a high chair, travel crib, children’s dishes, children’s cutlery, etc., are available for free use).
Parking space No. 11, which belongs to your apartment, is located in the covered section of the underground parking garage. A lockable bicycle storage room is also available free of charge. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator.

The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located rightthe beach, right behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), numbered according to the apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
