Would you like to enjoy a wonderful vacation? Then we welcome you to Apartment No. 15!

- The apartment is located on the first floor on the north/west side of the residence
- Large balcony facing the sea (afternoon and evening sun)
- Wind protection on the balcony railing provided by glass panels
- Quiet location on a traffic-calmed street directly behind the dike and only about 50 m from the beach
- Just a few minutes’ walk to the center of Duhnen
- Parking space in the underground garage
- Apartment easily accessible by elevator
- Satellite TV
- Free Wi-Fi access

- Special blackout curtains in the bedrooms and living room ensure a restful night’s sleep

The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: Children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
