Located directly on the Old Harbor of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, the newly built luxury vacation apartment complex “Hafenspitze” stands next to the restored Ohlerich Speicher. A total of 39 exclusive, hotel-style vacation apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—with its historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, complete with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The apartment has a living area of 88 square meters. It features a fully equipped kitchenette. There are two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Your dog is welcome. Upon your arrival, the beds for 2 people will already be made. Towels and bath towels for 2 people are also included. Additional linens can be booked. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed. For a fee, you can park your vehicle in the harbor parking garage, approximately 300 meters away.

With a living area of 88 square meters, the thoughtfully designed floor plan offers a very comfortable stay for up to 4 people. Guests who wish to bring their dog are also welcome in this apartment.

You enter the apartment on the 3rd floor of the building and, via a separate staircase inside the apartment, reach the stylishly furnished living/dining area with a dining table and an integrated, fully equipped kitchen. From the cozy living area—featuring an internet radio, a flat-screen TV with hotel mode, and free Wi-Fi—you can step out onto the southwestern-facing loggia. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the harbor. The light-filled apartment also features two spacious bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The windows in the living areas offer summer heat protection thanks to electrically operated exterior blinds. Of course, the apartment includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rack, and heated floors. Upon your arrival, the beds for 2 people will already be made, and hand and bath towels for 2 people are also provided as part of the package. Additional linen packages can be booked for a fee.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment where pets are allowed. You can easily reach the 3rd floor by elevator. Parking spaces are available for a fee at the public parking garage at the Old Harbor, approximately 300 meters away.
