This apartment is perfectly designed for up to 4 guests to enjoy comfortably.
Please note the apartment is located on the second floor — you’ll access it through the main entrance and climb three short flights of stairs.
TRANSPORTATION
If you plan to explore beyond the neighborhood (for example, to the north or east of the island), we recommend renting a car.
Free street parking is available in front of the building and nearby.
Paid parking is also available within walking distance.
If you’re staying local, you’ll find that most restaurants, beaches, and attractions are easily accessible on foot, and Uber, taxis, and scooters are widely available.

- Check-in: after 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
- No parties or events allowed.

- Towels and linens are for their intended use only. Please avoid staining them with food, makeup, or oils, and do not use them for cleaning spills.
- No subletting allowed.
- Do not hang towels or clothing from balconies or windows.
- Please treat the apartment with love and care, as if it were your own.
Fines & Replacement Fees:
- Lost keys: $150 USD
- Lost remote controls: $100 USD each
- Locksmith service (if required due to guest’s fault): at guest’s expense.
- Damaged or stained linens/towels:
- Towels: $6 USD each
- Linens: $15 USD each

Cigi’s Place was lovely and Paola was very responsive. The place is close to the beach and there are a lot of great restaurants close by. It is not a quiet neighborhood but we felt safe.

Convenient location, 2 blocks to beach, 15 min walk to Condado, 15 min drive to El Viejo San Juan. Street parking no problem.Apt was clean, comfortable, well supplied, and spacious. Look forward to staying there again.

Unfortunately we did not stay aside from one day due to power outage (island wide outage) upon arrival and then water outage. It is a nice apartment but the neighborhood is very loud and busy. I prefer quiet. No hot water in kitchen sink either but I believe that is typical of the island. The property manager was super helpful and kind and we were able to receive a full refund without an issue. I would recommend if you don’t mind noisy and busy.
