Autumn is great at the Delaware beaches! Lots of festivals, less crowds, - enjoy this large pet friendly house, big backyard. High speed internet! Central to Rehoboth, O.C. Cool & unique house and property. Vineyards and Theatre less than 3 miles away - Freeman Stage - 20 min. Rural location but close to beach. Fall is the perfect season to enjoy the huge screened porch with sink and grill. Large rambling one-story home leads into a huge screened porch and one acre back yard. Grill, fire pit, and outdoor shower. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lots of privacy with farmland on three sides yet only eight miles to Bethany Beach, Delaware. Close to music and live theatre venues, animal parks, and botanical gardens, all within 3 miles. Centrally located between two beach boardwalks with amusement park rides in Rehoboth Beach, DE and Ocean City, Md. check out the Elvis Festival, the Jazz Festival, the Greyhound Festival… there is so much to do in the great Fall weather. Dates blocked from Oct. 1st - must inquire for availability.

Amy is amazing! She is very communicative and helpful- a pleasure speaking with her each time. There is a secondary house located on the property directly behind (slightly to the side) of the house you stay in that is occupied most of the week during the stay- would have been nice to know this information ahead of time (mostly because of our dogs). The screened in porch is amazing- we greatly enjoyed our time there. The different rooms are quite fun too. AC is great!

This home was spacious and private with easy parking and a nice, pet friendly outdoor space. We loved having space but also being close enough to the grocery store and easy driving distance of all of the big beaches in Delaware. We especially loved the large screened-in porch! Some aspects could have used a little more careful cleaning before our arrival and a few more kitchen essentials would have been helpful, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
