Villa Margarita is one of three recently constructed stone villas
situated within the Aria di Mare estate, close to St. Barbara Beach in
Katelios. This two-bedroom single-level property features an open-plan
living, dining, and kitchen area. On either side of the living space,
there are en-suite bedrooms with sliding doors that lead to the
poolside terrace. The twin bedroom is equipped with an en-suite shower
room designed for easy access for wheelchair users, complete with grab
handles. For outdoor living, the villa offers a brick-built BBQ and a
shaded dining area with comfortable sunbeds located beside the private
pool. The property includes secure parking and is conveniently located
within walking distance of the local sandy beaches, supermarket,
bakery, bars, tavernas, and Katelios harbor. Additionally, there is a
nearby bus stop for added convenience.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, dining area,
comfortable sofas and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.
Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

A perfect modern luxury villa and well designed. Very comfortable sunbeds to sit on while enjoying the views, the trees, the plants in the garden, and the wildlife. A very nice swimming pool.

Great vacation, thank you! The clean pool became our daily haven, ideal for sunbathing. The villa itself was also tidy and comfortable.

Villa Margarita is a new modern spacious villa in superb condition. All amenities and service were excellent (not that we needed much service) and the pool (with mini whirl pool) was really good.
The rear of the property could benefit from more mature landscaping to provide additional privacy from neighbouring properties (but guess this will come/grow).
Location perfect - 10/15 min walk to Katelios waterfront (tavernas & bars) walking past several supermarkets & also 10/15 min to Paralia beach (Dreamcatcher taverna is highly recommended)
