Newer furniture in the dining room, living room and both bedrooms. Master bedroom has a King size bed and guest bedroom has one Queen and one Twin size bed.
Newer large screen UHD 4K smart led TV´s in Living room and Master bedroom and a flatscreen TV in guest bedroom.
Expanded cable, free wifi, and unlimited US-Canada calling.
Washer and dryer inside.
Private, screened in lanai with dining table and chairs.
This villa is managed by a trusted local agency with professional and individualized service for all guests and by owners.
The VDP complex amenities include heated pool, hot tub, grill area with tables and chairs for outside dining, mini putting green, shuffleboard and two tennis courts, which one is made to be also used to play Pickleball..
All at a great Sarasota location to serve as a home base for your SW Florida vacation. Just a few minutes drive to golfing, all local shopping including Costco, Sprouts, Total Wine, AMC movie theater and great restaurants. Located only 11 minutes drive from repeatedly voted Americas #1 Siesta Key Beach, as well as Turtle Beach (14 min) and Nokomis Beach (15 min).

This villa was immaculate and equipped with everything needed to be comfortable upon arrival. There were so many unexpected conveniences , such as coffee, detergent and sponges, paper goods and beach equipment galore!! We really appreciated not having to run out to the store for necessities!
Pool was clean and never crowded. Home is beautifully decorated and probably better suited for adults rather than small children. A very lovely place to stay and near everything!!
