• If you need overnight parking, use the designated area near the lake, located by the entrance of the security gate, directly across the street from 3890 Sonoma (at the Sonoma Resort B-pass area).
• Guests have full access to the Sonoma Resort clubhouse, which offers a large resort-style swimming pool with a hot tub and poolside loungers, a fitness center, a children’s playground, and scenic walking and jogging trails.
The Neighborhood:
The Sonoma Resort in Orlando is located next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and restaurants.

I stayed here 3 nights with 10 friends and we had a great time. It was nice to each have our own room and beds were clean and comfortable. For the amount of rooms we were looking for, this was the cheapest and it turned out great.Our only real complaint was that the listing didn’t mention that the heating for both the hot tub and pool didn’t work. We found out right after booking when we still could’ve cancelled, but it was still a bit of a bummer.There is a neighborhood pool that is around a 5 min walk from the house that did have a heated hot tub that we used.The only other thing that was a bit annoying was contacting Upstay, the company that runs this. Because it isn’t just one person, I talked to someone new just about every time I messaged them or called, but they answered fairly quickly each time. They let us check in an hour early for free, but they wanted to charge a fee for checking in earlier than that or for checking out later than our 10am checkout time.All things considered, I’d absolutely stay here again and it was a great price for what we got.

The house overall was good besides a few things. We paid for pool/spa heat and it was actually too hot. If we had the jets on in the hot tub for over 5 minutes you couldn’t be in it. If they were on longer than that it would get over 112 degrees. We called to have them turn the temperature down and it took them 4 days to get someone there. We also had a broken chair that was never fixed. The bunk bed in my son’s room had a board that was broken so he had to sleep on the bottom. Whenever I contacted them I would have to send pictures to 3 different numbers. It took lots of time away from my vacation to attempt to communicate with them. At one point they told me they came and fixed h the e chair when in reality no one came so I had to resend pictures to prove it was still broken! The house overall was good but the communication with Upstay was very frustrating!!!
