This amazing brand-new vacation home is waiting for your family & friends! Enjoy the private pool/spa oasis with a beautiful lake view, a cozy patio with luxury furniture comfortably seat 20 people. Experience the fully immersive Avatar world game room with designer lights (try both day and night lighting for very different experience). Play air hockey, foosball, and Pool table, or enjoy a cold drink at the bar. Kids, let's go to the ocean-themed Loft featuring "the Sampson" arcade machine and the "Pandora EX Arcade Table" with 412 games, or play family games (a series of our favorite collection provided) at the comfortable sofa set, or watch a movie at the 70” 4K Samsung SMART TV. Have a great sleep in the 9 high-end decorated bedrooms (5 King-size bedrooms with modern deco), 4 themed bedrooms featuring Star Wars (2 double beds), Harry Potter (3 double beds), Frozen (1 double & 1 twin), and Finding Nemo (1 double & 1 twin). Featuring a full-size pool table, LED air hockey, Foosball, Bar table, Sofa, 4K Samsung TV, & an extra fridge for cold drinks. Don't forget to try the designer lighting to experience the day and night in the Avatar world!
Want more indoor fun? Head to the 2nd-floor “Ocean Wall-breaker” themed Loft. Watch a movie on the 70” 4K Samsung SMART TV or play many of the family board games that we prepare for your group. For arcade lovers, try the 4-player fighting game or multi-player bowling game (with a real ball!) on “The Simpsons” Arcade Machine, or test your skill on the 2-player Pandora LED Arcade Table with 412 classic arcade games.

Adults can enjoy the five modern bedrooms with King-size luxury firm mattress, designer lights, and many detailed deco.
- Two master bedrooms with private bath are on the first floor. One of them has shower, jacuzzi & work desk, as well as direct access to the pool area through the bathroom.
- Two Family Suites on the 2nd floor. Each contains a King-size adult bedroom connected with a full/twin size kids bedroom by a private bathroom in between.
- Sleep up to 26 people with 14 beds in 9 BR. 10 adults can comfortably fit into the five bedrooms with King-size beds. Up to 16 kids can fit in the four themed bedrooms: Star Wars (2 double beds), Harry Potter (3 double beds), Frozen (1 double & 1 twin), and Finding Nemo (1 double & 1 twin). Note that groups with 19 people could use all the beds comfortably by having 10 people taking the 5 King-size beds and each of the remaining 9 taking his or her own bed in a themed room.
- All bedrooms have TV, dresser, designer lamp & curtain, ceiling light, & more. The largest master bedroom with pool access also has a working desk & chair, and baby gear such as high-chair, pack&play.

Our kids could not wait to get back from the theme park so they could swim in the pool! haha.This is a very nice place to stay! Host is great to work with.

The home worked great for our needs. The floorplan allowed the kids to have their own hangout space to play games upstairs later into the night while the family room and kitchen area had plenty of room for us all to be together as well. We paid the extra for the heated pool (in Dec) and it was well worth it. The pool area backs up to a lake which was a much better view than the other houses that backed up to other houses.

We had such an amazing trip. Zach was very hands on and offered us an extra day from the start. Very responsive whenever we had an issue that needed addressed. The house is amazing and our girl scout troop loved it. We were there for Disney but in our down time the girls loved the pool and the games throughout the house. And the especially loved watching the alligator or back! We will definitely be back to stay again
