Welcome to this beautiful contemporary house, located 1h40 from Paris, in the heart of a landscaped private estate: the Domaine de la Brionnerie. Its 4 bedrooms and its large living room will welcome your whole family for your next weekend or for your holidays.
For the summer, you will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool of 72 m² (6 X 12 meters) and a large garden for your lazy afternoons and barbecue dinners.
The house sits in a multi-hectare estate with forests, lake and jogging trail. The nearby village has a grocery store and all shops are a 15-minute drive away.
The house was built in 2009 and completely renovated in 2021: you will find all modern comforts in summer and winter, with air conditioning and heat pump. The decoration, sober and quality, gives a contemporary charm to this new house.
