📷 There are two outdoor cameras facing the stairs to the front door and the driveway, there are no indoor cameras or cameras facing sensitive areas including the pool and hot tub

Additional information:
Pool will typically be open from April 1st through November 1st.
Pool heater will be available for a $200 fee per week. Use of the pool heater must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the pool heater will not operate if the surrounding air temperature is less than 55 degrees (if the temperature drops below 55 degrees the heater will be shut off).
Hot tub will be open throughout the year.
Check in and check out will be on Saturday in season.
In season reservations must be for a minimum of 7 days.
Off season reservations must be for a minimum of 3 days with flexible check in and check out.
Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.
Persons making reservations must be 21 years of ago or older and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
Dogs are only allowed on the beach before 10AM and after 5PM from May 1st-Labor Day. From Labor Day-April 30th dogs may be on the beach at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when on the beach with a leash at most 7 feet in length. Owners must also clean up waste and dispose of it properly.
Please note that during the off-season, it is very common for construction to be occurring in the area. This is beyond our control and no refund will be given.
