All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

We had a great week at Hola Beaches and would very much like to stay here again next year. There are some maintenance issues that do need attention. Some of the outlets in the house need replaced and some drywall and painting updated, the GFI outlet in the bathroom downstairs needs attention and it would be fabulous to have some darker drapes in the 2 queen bedroom upstairs. Overall the property was very clean, the pool was fantastic. We had an awesome week and will be back! Thank you.

Overall house was in a great location, clean, with plenty of space and beds for sleeping. Disappointed that the pool was not available 2 of the days pretty much. Definitely need to have update patio furniture available around the pool and a lot more of it. 7 homes share the pool and there was a total of 12 chairs, one was broken.

The location was great. The house was not clean. Rugs and walls were filthy. Dirty fingerprints were on the glass door when we got there. Many receptacles had issues…either did’t work or plug would fall out. The sink in one of the bathrooms would not drain. This seems to be simply for rental income and not someone’s home that they care for. The walls have lots of nails with no decor on them. The couch is worn with holes. Pillows also have tears in them. Pictures are deceiving. Surfside Realty handles this property. The price ended up being higher than what we were quoted in VRBO. It would be better to deal with them instead of going through VRBO.
