Shops, restaurants and the train station are just a few steps away, as is the harbour with its famous swing bridge and other restaurants approx. 600 m away, and the lido on Lake Malchow is just under 1.3 km away. The centrally heated, approx. 48 m² non-smoking flat with separate entrance is accessible via a shared hallway in the front building and has a combined living room and bedroom (double bed; 1.40 m wide, desk, sofa bed, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio). /CD, DVD player), a kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine), a guest WC, a hallway with a built-in cupboard and a large storage room.



The beautiful garden also has a covered terrace, a barbecue, a bicycle storage room and a further seating area. Public car parking (free of charge) is just a few steps away and you can stop directly in front of the house to check in and out. The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow, and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee.
