We rent our spacious villa with a large swimming pool without vis-à-vis located in a very quiet street of Balcón al Mar in Jávea. Only a few hundred meters from Cabo de la Nao, the easternmost tip of Spain, 7 minutes from the sandy beach of Arenal and 5 minutes from the beautiful coves of Granadella, Portichol and Ambolo our villa is ideally located to explore the area. Beautiful walks in the surroundings with breathtaking views.
The house is surrounded by a garden with trees, a sun terrace with the south-facing swimming pool, a pergola and a gas barbecue. Enjoy romantic sunsets comfortably seated on the second covered terrace with a magnificent view of the Montgó.
