Villa Casa Peponi (Jávea) is a villa with a beautiful pool and a large terrace overlooking the sea that will captivate you with its wonderful decor. Its large terrace features a fantastic barbecue area and incredible sea views. It also boasts a great location, 3 km from the beach and 1 km from several charming restaurants. Your pet is welcome at this villa (€55 extra cleaning fee).

The villa, has only one floor. There is a living-dining room with large windows to give easy access to the terrace and the private swimming pool. The living room is connected with a very attractive kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a perfect stay. Through a corridor we access to 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, and the other 2 share a complete bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is a laundry room and a toilet room for guests.
The exterior of the house has its own swimming pool with a large sunbathing space, a very ample terrace with a table and chairs and an addiitonal area with a spacious barbeque area with amazing sea views. Additionally there is a another terrace to sunbathing on the top of the property.
Inside the property there is space to park 1 car but on the street there is plenty of free space to park.

We stayed here with our pregnant daughter/son-in-law and granddaughter. The house is fully equipped. Beautifully decorated, almost nothing is missing. The only downside is that there's no barrier between the terrace and the deep steps leading to the pool. You really need a car here. Contact with Almarina via WhatsApp is excellent, with clear communication.
We will book with them again
