Nice location, sweet space.

Went to CLE for the NCAA tournament. Location was great so close to Rocket Arena. Easy walk to the Rowley Inn featured on Triple D. Quiet neighborhood, easy street parking. Kia was very responsive and the apartment well decorated.

Clean , steep stairs to upper level

5 stars for the coffee bar. Everything you needed was there! I was staying alone, the outside lighting was not sufficient, street only parking not in front of the property which meant I had to walk alone in the dark with shaded street lighting. The yard is unkempt unkempt, and the lighting along the walkway was insufficient causing me to use a flashlight. It was only lit by solar walkway lights that were dim by the time I arrived each night at or after 10pm. The bottom door to unit did not latch, the lock worked but it is not a dual deadbolt so anyone can break the pain of glass and flip the lever. There was no way to lock the top door when you were gone as the key to the bottom door would not work the top door. AC units needed cleaned, filter light was on one. One ground plug kept clicking as if it was constantly trying to reset. I was told it was not an "acute issue " The bed was very hard (think yoga mat over hardwood), the furniture looked nice but was off brand Ikea and flimsy Towels were thin, mostly well used, and small. One towel was actual adult size, the others were kid size. For some reason 1 "towel" left was actually a bath mat. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. 5 stars there! The management reports they are working on installing a light at the door (the door is in the back of the house). I hope lighting and maintenance along the walk way improves as well. The unit was close to the things I needed.
