The cosy holiday apartment for 2 people is located in the basement of a residential building, on the owner's 550 sqm residential property within a quiet residential area. The Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade are about 1.5 km away. It is equipped with: Living room (upholstered seating area, flat-screen TV, radio, dining table), open-plan kitchenette (electric hob, microwave, fridge, various kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed), shower/WC, central heating. At your disposal: furnished terrace, car parking space, barbecue fireplace, bicycle storage and W-LAN. The total price includes: Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.



The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to Swinemünde in Poland. The villages offer bicycle, boat and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A modern water park, the Ostseetherme, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
