The holiday home is situated in a quiet location in a residential area on a fully fenced plot of around 3600 square metres together with several other houses, some of which are used privately. The nearest restaurant, bakery and shops are only a few hundred metres away. Lake Tollensesee is about 6 kilometres away. The approximately 100 square metre holiday home was completely renovated in 2016 and can accommodate up to 5 people. The holiday home is comfortably furnished and designed as an open-plan loft. On the lower level, it has a spacious living area with a sofa (extra bed for a 5th person possible), 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD player and dining area as well as an open-plan kitchen area with electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and another small dining area as well as a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer. A staircase leads from the living area to the open-plan sleeping area. This has a double bed and a large sofa bed. From there you can also access the roof terrace with a view of the city of Neubrandenburg. The holiday home is equipped with central heating and is also available: WLAN, 2 sun loungers, bicycle storage room and 1 car parking space. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. Two bicycles can be rented for 5 EUR/day each. Please note: The property is NOT rented to workers/fitters.



Neubrandenburg is a city in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Neubrandenburg is considered the main centre for the region. Various concerts, performances and other cultural and sporting events take place in the Jahnsportforum and in the newly opened HKB on the market square. Tourist attractions include the four medieval gates in the historic town wall, St Mary's Church, where many cultural events are held, and of course Lake Tollensesee. The lidos invite you to enjoy sporting activities on and in the water, and there is also a nudist beach on Lake Tollensesee. A tour around the lake (approx. 42 km) is a popular tour for cyclists. The wooded and lake-rich surroundings around Neubrandenburg are also popular with hikers and active holidaymakers. The town has several shops, cafés and restaurants as well as boat hire, passenger boats and a water ski centre. Neubrandenburg has a train station and the nearest motorway access is around 13 km away. The spa town of Waren(Müritz) is around 44 km away and the royal seat of Neustrelitz around 30 km.
