About this house rental
Stéphane and Bénédicte offer you their holiday home, sea and countryside farmhouse, in Gueutteville les Grès, a small Normandy village just 6 minutes from the sea. You will appreciate the charm of this typical farmhouse which is carefully furnished to accommodate 8 people. You will enjoy a beautiful south-facing garden with trees. You will also have a private parking and a shed to store your bikes and beach accessories.
The Alabaster Coast is a beautiful region to discover. Its beaches offer a multitude of water activities, such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, bodyboarding, model aeronautics, or simply for a moment of relaxation! You can also practice horse riding, golf, tennis, bike rides or walks in the Cauchoise countryside. Not to mention cultural or educational visits to the region.
The farmhouse of 140m2 includes a large living room (40m2) with an insert, a well-equipped kitchen and an office area, a separate toilet, an independent bathroom with shower and toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and cleaning accessories and a water softener.
3 bedrooms on the first floor: bedroom 1: bed 2 pers-160/200cm - bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom 2: bed 2 pers-160/200cm, bedroom 3: bunk bed for 2 to 3 people, children preferably - 90/200cm. 1 bedroom upstairs: bedroom 4: 1 springbox bed-160/200cm – shower area
Heat pump heating - Wi-Fi connection and TV
All the rooms are very bright and are on the first floor, except for ch.4.
You will also appreciate the veranda with a table football, very practical in all seasons, the south-facing terrace and the south-facing garden of 2400 m2.
The reading of the water and electricity meters is done at the beginning and end of the rental.
Consumption is included in the stay up to 1 m³ of water per day and 50 kWh of electricity per day. The excess read via the smart meters will be deducted from the deposit at the actual rate.
Bed linen and linen are not provided. Bed linen rental is available on request, at an extra charge of: €10 per single bed and €15 per double bed.
