Luxury condo build in ‘22 with a modern open concept living space, decorated in gorgeous shades of serene, beachy blues. Two covered parking spaces in secure garage with code entry. Enjoy a cup of coffee on south facing patio to bathe in the Florida sunshine. Remote control blinds. Remote control reclining sectional sofa. With the beach only 3 blocks away, grab our beach chairs, umbrella or canopy tents, cooler, towels, blanket from our storage unit, and your favorite drink to relax under the sun, or catch a gorgeous sunset. Head to the Cambria rooftop bar to delight in the Gulf views and best sunset views. Free sunset shots too! Rolled ice cream after a sunset is always called for at Roll It in the strip mall by 7-11 across the street. Or enjoy some fabulous Amish ice cream right across the street from the condo called Amish Creamery. Clint is the nicest guy from Iowa and would LOVE your business as the hurricanes have really made it a challenge to stay in business. If you like sushi, Pete’s Sushi in the 7-11 plaza is a great choice. Mario’s ristorante has excellent from scratch Italian food, and The Daquiri Shack is a great casual outdoor patio dining experience. Sweet Sage has a wonderful breakfast, but they close at 2:00 pm. Famous John’s Pass is a 5 minute drive South on Gulf Blvd., where you will enjoy shopping, eateries, bars, live music, Calypso dinner cruise, jet ski rental, dolphin watch boat tour, sunset boat tour, deep sea fishing tour, pirate ship tour, numerous pelicans scrapping for bits of fish from the fresh catches hauled in, and much more. Seminole plaza is 7 minutes away to enjoy the movie theater that brings your food and drink order to your seat. Just push the button to order! Gulfport is a fabulous, artsy community with eateries, art, shopping, brewery, beach, and is only a few miles away. Clearwater Beach is a few miles North on Gulf Blvd where you can visit the marine aquarium, or visit Weeki Wachee for kayaking or mermaid show. Tarpon Springs is a fabulous Greek Community with the BEST Greek food and bakeries up and down the main strip. Walk along the Spongedocks to see all of the sponges from the Gulf, and learn how the divers bring us our sponges. Incredibly interesting and fun. Swim with the manatees (Dec-April) or take a boat tour to view the manatees at Crystal River. This will be a memory! Enjoy the International Mall, historic YBOR City, Zoo Tampa, Busch Gardens, and all that Tampa has to offer. Take the little ones to Smuggler’s Cove miniature golf which has live alligators and is a short walk up Gulf Blvd. Our favorite spot is St. Pete Pier and downtown St. Pete. Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille at the southern end of the overlook has fun Florida vibes, live music, and great food. Pier Teaki is a hot spot to kick back and enjoy food and drinks on the rooftop overlooking Tampa Bay. St. Pete beach is definitely worth a visit while in the area. Maybe enjoy a spa day at the famous, award winning Don Cesar Hotel with a day pass. Maybe you just would like a simple swim in the heated pool or hot tub, enjoying the marina water view. We are walking distance to CVS and Aldi grocery store. If you love living life to the fullest, this elegant condo is perfect for you. Live your dream! Be sure to read the House Guidebook for so many more recommendations of things to see and do and eateries! We also just put in 2 grills located by the pool. Endless fun!

Amazing stay, we have stayed in this building previously and really like the location. Laura and Jeff go above and beyond, I cannot think of anything that wasn’t in the condo. The condo itself is immaculate, and nicely decorated. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Again!

An absolute terrific condo!! Too many pros to list but here's a good start:Pros: *Super clean*Hosts thought of everything! Beach chairs & towels/ Beach coolers and toys/ Big-wheeled beach carts (such a blessing)/ Soap and Shampoo/ All the kitchen gadgets you'd need/ Bottle of wine (quickly consumed)*New appliances including washer and dryer (oh, and the dishwasher came with a "self-emptying" component because the dishes were always put away after I ran it... my wife claims credit for this but I didn't see her ever complete the task)*Gracious host with quick replies*Clear and helpful instructions and insights for our stay*Beautifully Decorated*Terrific value*Easy and close beach access.*A lively bar across the street for evening fun*Easy walk to grocery store*Safe, clean, well-maintained buildingNo review is complete or believable without at least one "Con" so... um.... er.... struggling here...OH!Con- Master bathroom door could use some WD40 (this is something men of a certain age discover at odd hours of the night)Zero Regrets

A beautiful condo in a beautiful area with great hosts. There isn't a thing I can think of that you might need in this condo that they haven't already supplied. We were even welcomed with a bottle of wine. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and even a brand-new Dollar Tree. We brought bikes and loved riding through the neighborhoods that surround the condo. The pool was always the right temp. I loved how the condo was decorated and also loved the view we had from the living room. We miss it already and definitely will be back!
