Breathtaking waterfront vistas surround you from either the rooftop deck or the massive 260sf balcony that spans the length of the condo. Located just 7 minutes walk from the beach, every moment here is a postcard-worthy experience.
Dogs up to 50lbs are welcome in this dog-friendly building and area, an unheard of pet allowance for vacation rentals. We're dog people too!
The spacious living and dining area is adorned with sophisticated furnishings and panoramic water views. The fully stocked kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances and ample space for cooking full meals with dining up to 6 people plus bar seating. Bedrooms are appointed with plush bedding and stylish modern decor, with 1 king bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms. Each bedroom directly accesses a full bath, with additional hallway access for the middle bathroom. An office is set up currently with a Murphy bed for 2 additional guests (the green bed in the pics), which can be put away if the room needs to be used as an office.
Your private rooftop shady cabana is in the prime location on the breezy deck, located in the corner closest to the ocean. Enjoy the glory of sensational sunsets and panoramic vistas that encompass downtown St.Pete, Fort Desoto, Clearwater, and the Gulf Beaches. Waterside heated pool and spa are just steps outside. Inquire about boat slip availability if you'd like to bring your watercraft, or rent boats and more just across the street!
Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach bags, and a beach wagon are all provided. We've stocked every household amenity you may need for your month or longer visit to feel at home, leaving no detail untouched. Just bring your bathing suit and sandals. Oversized smart TVs in every bedroom plus the living room, keyless door codes, a printer, fast wifi, instapot, blender are just some of the convenient amenities.
The Residences at Town Center is a brand new boutique condo opened in April 2024 with a focus on coastal indulgence. The location on the intracoastal is walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery store, pharmacy, mini-golf, boat and jetski rentals, parks, sports facilities, entertainment, and of course just 7 min walk to the beach---though you won't want to leave the breeze and views from your balcony or rooftop deck. This up and coming area of Madeira Beach is a hot spot for new restaurants and shopping being developed.
Two assigned parking spots plus guest spots are included. 30 day minimum. Calendar months only during high season. Building management requires a signed application and agreement.
