Casa Cocoon is a 2100 sq ft (under air) single floor bungalow located in hills and featuring a breathtaking view of the Pacific ocean in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Casa Cocoon, as the name suggests, is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, nestled into the hillside offering an uninterrupted view and complete privacy with no neighbors to be seen on either side of the property.
This home features an infinity-edge pool, lots of outdoor seating, BBQ area, and an oversized covered terrace with beautiful ocean breezes and a birds eye view of the surrounding landscape. You'll witness breathtaking sunsets right from the house and pool deck.
This home was designed with a single floor living in mind with a large kitchen and great room, vaulted ceilings and full walk out the expansive deck and lounge area.
Featuring 3 bedrooms, SMART TVs, quality linens and furnishings. Each bedroom features a private bathroom with a walk in shower. A fourth bathroom is accessible from the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The great room features a modern tropical decor with a 55" LED Smart TV and provides stylish and comfortable seating for 6.
Access the outdoors with oversized sliding doors to a walk out terrace with pool loungers and a sectional sofa.
Casa Cocoon is a fully stocked vacation rental with all the extras - including beach essentials such as beach towels and 4 beach chairs.
Mar Vista is considered THE premier gated community in Playa Flamingo. 'Gracia', the onsite restaurant is minutes away and features a large pool, delectable menu and incredible sunsets.
Access some of the best beaches in the area such as Flamingo Beach, renowned for its mile-long stretch of white sand, is just 1.5 miles away and Playa Grande, a surfing mecca is 20 mins away. Both worthy destinations.
Visit a myriad of incredible restaurants located 8-15 mins away by car. Or, check out the town of Tamarindo - an easy distance by car as well.

Property located in a gated community, on a steep hillside, with great pool / view. Property was roomy for six adults with fantastic outdoor patio and large infinity pool. In the complex is an excellent restaurant with a large pool and bar area. Workout room, 2 clay tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts. Close driving for great restaurants, beach visits, and grocery. Concierge service was there to assist and help with excursions. I recommend this property! Only opportunity for the property is to supply a guest book with local community information, contact numbers and property operating instructions.
