About this cabin rental
Clifftops cabin close to the front gate. Nearby lake, bluff view, waterfalls, hiking. Sewanee University 3-4 miles away. Chattanooga-30-45 min, Nashville-90 min. 2 bedrooms, one of which is a loft.
Important: the stairs leading to the loft are very steep so it’s probably not the best option for young children or the elderly.
During the winter months from Christmas to March, the washer/dryer will be unavailable due to freezing weather.
Note: all of the work you see done to renovate the cabin I have done by hand over the past 5 years.

The perfect place to stay when visiting Sewanee and taking in the Mountain. Beautiful cabin, comfy beds, amazing views, and well-stocked. Loved the stay and would highly recommend.

Very clean and had everything needed for our stay. Would recommend. However, being elderly we would advise you to be cautious as the staircase to the loft was steep and narrow and both bathrooms are on the ground floor. One bathroom on the ground floor was difficult to navigate at night as it has a cabinet partially blocking the doorway and a step up to the toilet.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful cabin. Our host John was very responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to meet our needs! The cabin is the cleanest and most well stocked of anywhere we have stayed. Looking forward to coming again soon.Theresa and Mark
