The setting is very nice and close to all amenities. The double studio is over 30m².

Unfortunately, we have to mention this from experience:
- Only guests who are registered are allowed on the property. (as an extra guest with identification) are allowed in the apartment.
- Soft drugs and hard drugs are strictly prohibited on the entire property.
