"Summersalt Place" - You'll love this newly updated coastal cottage home in the wonderful 30A-area neighborhood of Cypress Breeze! The home features a huge community pool, golf cart, bikes, and beautiful upper/lower southern-cottage porches, patio and deck! Neighborhood is 1/2 mile to the beautiful beaches of the emerald coast, as well as great restaurants, live music, shopping and activities! Great biking and hiking trails - kid friendly neighborhood!

The guest bedroom offers a queen bedroom, with forest views and plenty of closet space.
The bunk room has 4 twin beds, arranged in two bunks, with TV, closet and armoire.
The guest bathroom is nicely sized, and is just a couple steps from both the guest bedroom and bunk room. You'll also find a half bathroom conveniently located on the first floor.
You'll also find a lovely den/landing area on the 2nd floor, with a dedicated workspace desk and sofa!
Summersalt Place also includes some great features outside the home! An expansive back deck includes peaceful forest views, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining space. Walk down the deck steps and you'll find a fire pit patio space with Adirondack chairs, and lush greenery! The garage is also set up as a great staging place for your beach activities, with a 6-Person golf cart, and lots of fun beach gear!
The beach is just a short drive or moderate walk away from your front steps. Exactly one mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and lifeguards on duty in peak season.

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone
*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.
*The Cypress Breeze neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street. Overflow storage options may be available locally, but are not guaranteed - be sure to plan ahead, as overflow storage is not available or permitted on property.
