The "The Painted Palm" - perfectly located on a cul-de-sac in a gated neighborhood, just minutes from the world famous beaches of Scenic 30A! The neighborhood features the largest pool in the region, with waterfalls, grottos and more! Just up the road from the beach, great restaurants, shopping, live music, rental shops and more! Looking for some extra perks to make your vacation even easier? Multiple golf cart and bike rental shops nearby can deliver to the house for your arrival!
Arriving at "The Painted Palm," you'll find ample parking at this wonderful new-construction beach cottage, nestled up against a wildlife conservation area at the end of a peaceful neighborhood street.

Outside, the home features tasteful landscaping and a sprawling yard, with palm trees gently swaying in the neighborhood's plentiful coastal breezes. Entering the home, light and bright coastal colors project a peaceful and relaxed pace of life.
Your family will love the large open plan kitchen-living-dining area. Contemporary whites and grays are highlighted with splashes of color, denoting the home's namesake. Colorful painted palm trees adorn the walls in a tasteful yet playful touch.
The living room area features plenty of seating for the whole family, with plush sofas and a large flat screen TV offering a great place for entertaining and lounging. The master bedroom features a king size platform bed and memory foam mattress, an elegantly tiled en suite bathroom, and a flat screen TV for evening entertainment. You'll also love the large, private balcony off the master suite!
The guest bedroom includes a queen size platform bed and memory foam mattress, with a convenient full bathroom just a couple steps down the hallway.
The guest bedroom also features a flat screen TV with a full channel lineup for your entertainment.
The bunk room features two bunk beds with one of the bunks including a trundle as well, sleeping up to 4 adults or 5 kids. The bunk room includes a flat screen TV, and a dedicated charger-outlet for charging multiple devices via electrical plug or USB.
The beach is just a short drive or moderate walk away from your front steps. Exactly one mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and life guards on duty in peak season.
If you're looking for a place with a fun pool, you cannot beat Cypress Breeze! Walk or bike to the amazing neighborhood pool - at about 13,000 square feet, with multiple waterfalls and grottos, it's one of the largest community pools in all of Northwest Florida!
You'll also find fun shopping and dining at Gulf Place - including fantastic restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, board and bike rentals and more!
Other fun features of this beach cottage include a large front-load washer/dryer, WiFi, and a private grilling patio in the back yard, with a gas grill and a large patio set. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, the street has almost no traffic, and is a favorite spot for the kids to run free while the adults relax!

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

I have had some not-so-great experiences with vacation rentals and various companies. I was pretty hesitant and honestly worried about booking again. But I decided to give it another go. This property was FANTASTIC! It was just as described, if not better. The communication with the hosts was fantastic. The check-in and check-out processes were simple. Community pool was totally awesome. Short drive to the beach and stores. All around great property.

The Painted Palm was clean, bright and beautiful. We had a girls weekend with moms and teen girls. We all loved the beauty and tranquility of the neighborhood and the huge pool. This was the largest, most beautiful pool we had ever been to (aside from a waterpark) and the teen girls loved it.

Nice home on a quiet street with a fantastic pool, but it felt super cheap because of the way in which it's furnished.
The ad says the kitchen is "fully equipped with everything you'll want or need to prepare your favorite culinary delights"...what a joke. The kitchen feels like it was furnished from Goodwill. All the silverware and dishes were mismatched, and there weren't enough bowls for everyone to use one at the same time. But there were 31 pieces of stemware (mismatched)! Garage sale? The cookware was very basic, and we ended up buying a big skillet so that we didn't have to make scrambled eggs in batches. There were exactly 2 kitchen towels, so we bought more of those too. Also, the fridge ice maker didn't work(!), and the water dispenser said "Change filter."
Not a single extra bath towel was provided, so expect to re-use a damp towel or do laundry daily.
The platform bed in the master bedroom is a serious hazard to shins in an unfamiliar room in the dark, but worse, the white sheets had light pink stains on them. I have pictures. Gross.
The blinds in the 3rd bedroom are dangerous, with a long cord hanging right next to a bunk bed.
Most of what's in the garage is junk - broken chairs, etc.
The downstairs bathroom ran out of toilet paper and there was no extra roll. Is the year 2020??
The owner lives across the street (welcome materials tell you this) and he spends much of the day in his garage and driveway.
It's too bad - nice enough house, but so poorly appointed.
