The non-smoking holiday apartment for 4 people + extra bed for children in a baby cot is located on the upper floor of a holiday home on a plot of approx. 1,400 sqm in the centre of the Baltic seaside resort of Trassenheide. It is about 1.6 km to the Baltic Sea beach. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are all within a few hundred metres.

The 3-room apartment is 65 m² in size and was extensively modernised and refurnished in 2020. It has a living room with dining table and open-plan kitchenette (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, dining table, electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom with shower/WC and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a furnished balcony. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. A car park, bicycle stands and a central barbecue area are available on the property.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. In Ostseebad Trassenheide, holidaymakers are required to pay a visitor's tax (payable in cash on site).



Trassenheide, the seaside resort in the north of the island of Usedom, is characterised by its fine sandy beach. Nudist and dog bathing beach nearby. The town is connected to the island's cycle network. Events and concerts take place on the promenade in summer.
