When you are ready to hit the beach you will find miles and miles of natural beauty for you to explore. Grab a pole and go shore fishing, stroll on the beach looking for shells, splash in the refreshing salt water, relax and soak up some rays, there is something for everyone.
Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.
Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.
Boat Parking: Boat parking is allowed at this home.
Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. Please send a message to the property manager if you are interested.
Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book.
Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Nice decor and 2 bedrooms made it great for two adults. Very convenience to the beach and local sights. The only dissapointmentwas the"kitchen" which could use some love. A nice place at a great price! Would recommend.

The cottage is very cute. For long stays, having a regular size fridge would have been helpful; even a stove! (We purchased an ice tray to make ice). The cottage is very well decorated and has a beachy feel. I think the there is something with the building that blocks the wifi as the wifi coverage was horrible. Sunshine Vacation brought over a hot spot, which helped; however, it was still spotty trying to watch TV, reels, or even a movie. It would still buffer. Otherwise, it was a cute little place! FYI, the clocks need new batteries as no clock had the correct time (even the microwave). Not sure why we had to rent chairs, when chairs and umbrella were left at the "main" house. Appreciated having beach towels as well.

Note we didn't call to have them fix these things. 1 bedroom ceiling fan didn't work. The coffee pot lid to top of glass broken. It would have been nice to have a hot plate and not just an air fryer. Other than that it was nice, clean and close to beach access.
